Ten stone and thatch cottages comprise Klein’s Camp which is tucked away in a distant corner of Serengeti National Park. The wood-floored cottages each have their own bathroom, veranda and unbelievable views of the neighboring hills and valley. You can’t miss seeing the variety of wildlife who make their home in the Park- they can be spotted from anywhere in the camp, kitchen included!
Klein’s Camp amenities include a large bar and sitting area, a Safari Shop highlighting crafts made by local Maasai tribes, and a pool. The garden provides fresh organic vegetables used in the delicious meals served in the main dining area.
Sitting on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Crater Lodge is an architectural spectacle of three separate camps totaling 30 suites. From the outside, the stilted handmade mud and thatch huts look traditionally African while the inside is elegantly decorated with African treasures. Magnificent Crater views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, roomy showers, bathtubs lit by chandelier-you’ll be in the lap of luxury here. Kiota Camp Serengeti is permanently located in the Central Serengeti, an area with year-round wildlife and considered one of the best places in Africa to see large cats. The camp offers 10 tents with king size beds, private verandas, electric lighting and bathroom with flush toilets and safari-style bucket showers.
